What Time Is It?

Our watches are not only a symbol of style and sophistication, but also a timepiece that requires some basic knowledge on how to operate it. Whether you’re a seasoned watch enthusiast or new to the world of luxury timepieces, there are some basic features that are essential to know. Here are some frequently asked questions about how to operate our watches.

Q: How do I set the time on my 2K watch?

A: You can set the time by pulling out the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch) to its second position and turning it clockwise or counterclockwise to set the correct time. Once the correct time is set, push the crown back in to its original position.

Q: How do I wind my 2K watch?

A: To wind your watch, turn the crown clockwise until you feel resistance. Don't force it past the resistance point, as this can damage the movement. Then, simply wear the watch and let it run on its own.

Q: How do I adjust the bracelet or strap on my 2K watch?

A: For metal bracelets, your 2K watch has a clasp with a micro-adjustment feature that allows you to adjust the bracelet by small increments. For your rubber strap 2K watch, you need to adjust the strap by changing the size of the buckle or by using the pre-punched holes on the strap.
